Is this how you treat new people in the laser craft? You taunt them and call them names?

I've been nothing but nice and would appreciate the same. It's disheartening to hear that nobody would like to lend me a laser. But that's fine i know it must be hard to give away something that you probably put a lot of time and work into, even if it's for a temporary amount of time.

I completely understand that current technology doesn't offer the capability to build a fully functioning laser.

I've watched a few youtube videos and have seen people create wonderful replicas

YouTube - Ryan VS Brandon

If you watch that video i think those two have created non lethal light saber replicas.

But I've decided to give up on the light saber for now and just focus on mastering normal lasers for now. I posted a picture in my first post of my current laser, are there any upgrades i can add to it that would give it more power? Or should i purchase a completely new laser and practice disassembling it than putting it back together.

Any normal replies would be appreciated, please no flaming.

You need to go out on the forum and find this readily available info ON YOUR OWN, no one here will spoon it to you. If you are capable of finding your own answers and actually build something on your own, then ppl would start to respect you, we dont expect noobs to know this stuff, just to learn it on their own, then post back once they have it down pat.

This guy has got to be a joke right?!? Seriously, this has to be someone just messing with us. I have a hard time believing some of his comments and questions. There is just no way.

Now for the serious folk, Can anyone provide me with an already built laser that i can borrow? If someone would like to send me one of there toys I'd surely appreciate it. Once i become a master laser craftsman i can return the favor and send you some lasers also.

Regards,

MasterOfDoom
You can borrow my flux capacitor if you like, once I have finished time traveling with it.

Drop me a PM last week.

My fingers are much stronger than match sticks so I'm not worried about some type of freak accident.

This is how noobs loose an eye.
well my eyes is bigger than a match stick so i dont see any freak accident hapening either.
commen sense. and maybe later when you are more experienced you can build one :p
cheers

It is not the size of the eye that matters, rather the size of ones brain.

ROFL^^^^^

Good one guys:D

Id say that he is just a troll, but just to be safe, it would hurt to drive the point home, which we did very well IMO...

Dude your not serious!
You sound like someone who knows exactly how dangerous a laser is and who's trying to fool us.
It's just you say things that are exactly the oppisite of what is recommended and done here.
If you only read 1 minute on wikipedia about lasers or if you would have an IQ above 5 you wouldn't ask so extremely dumb questions....

Thank you all for the wonderfully well written responses.

Maybe i was a bit rash in my early decision to build a fully functional saber. Last week my friends and i attended this wonderful convention and i saw many people with these replica light sabers. I just wanted to impress everyone by building the most awesome laser light saber ever. Something that would put everyone elses saber to shame and make me the coolest person at the convention. Anyways, I do have some snow boarding goggles i can use while working with the laser. If these are not recommended can i have a link to some proper goggles. I'm not very big into reading and science so I'd like to learn using first hand experience. Does anyone have an already built laser i can borrow to play with? If anyone here would like to build me one and send it I'd appreciate it. If not i can certainly purchase one from any links you all provide. I'm not sure the price they go for but I'm sure it can't be that much. Thank you all for enlightening me that lasers can harm people because it slipped my mind and i feel silly about it

He's trolling, its quite obvious. He is just like this other worm Wes, who would do this crap to satisfy his pee brain, and made him think he had some power, or some other retard mind trip. The only way to stop it, is to stop posting.

Nuff said.

give him a smoke pellet and tell him his 1mw red works as a light saber if theres smoke around :D
