I just purchased one last night and I live in the US

They seem interesting enough, though i seriously doubt even close to stated specs. We'll see the reviews come in i guess as some people here have ordered them already.
I've seen the outer thread on other green modules was wel, like in the CR2-based 50 mW copper lasers KD sells (or sold). In those there is a metal ring that screws over the thread and serves to push the module against the end of the housing. But i suppose it can be useful to mount them in scanners and such too.
do you think that it will fit in the romisen l-b030 host???
and what happens if i power it with 3.6 volts instead of 3 ???
Might work, might not... its not the best place to connect it to a host as far as heatsinking is concerned... but it also depends on how thick the wall on that tube actually is.
