Yep, Niko takes the prize.
Definitely not Photoshop!
It's a simple long exposure in a darkened room, (only a TV on), and, as you said Niko, "painted". Not with a laser though but a cigarette lighter! My hand was never in one place long enough to form an image.
I'll have to try and take a few posers for this thread.
