My Furst Custom laser 7W+ NUBM0E

If you have complexes, go do it 😄
I'll give you one last chance to smarten up. So far you've shown complete disregard to others safety and you've shone a piss rotten poor attitude about it and replied with troll posts and arguing with a staff member. One last chance.

WTF.............Spam.........Morons..........what is next?
I don't know what you expect next. I should assemble the future laser in another smaller body and give details of how I did it. I don't know why this is spam. Spam are stupid remarks on how to use the laser. So please save them 😉

I am happy that you have a brain and can build things, but I think that you are several years late in doing so. But, good for you. newbie!🤣

Today I bought a G8 lens that I bought from Ebay. However, in order to focus, it catches almost at the beginning of the thread and remains slightly unstable. There is also a high probability that if I play with the focus, it will fall out. Is it possible that they sent me a G7, because I read that it is so. The body for the diode is not copper and is probably a little later than copper.

Where are you buying from?
From Ebye. Well, I had to fix the problem myself. What I did. I just had to find a way for the lens to go to the middle of the metal body. I have 3 lens elements available. I disassembled one, took the clamp that tightens the lens, and put it on first. Then I put the G8 lens on it and pressed the lens with the clamp from the other with 3 elements. At the moment the lens is around the middle of the body and allows me to use 70% thread and it became perfect! Now everything is tight without gaps. I can focus without problems. I'm uploading photos to see the position of the lens. In this situation, the stain is perfect for long distances

Also what I did was put a 0.5mm spring, which I use for G2, because it allows me to turn the lens all the way, if necessary. With the standard 10mm does not allow

inprovising and engineering.......good qualities in life. Sometimes if you need a a part or 2 all you have to do is ask on the BST thread. In this hobby, we aquire stuff.

It turned out that the drivers I use are 4A, not 5 as I thought. For this purpose, a small processing with the resistors was required. There should have been R082 under R500, but it turned out to be R50. With it the amperage reached 4A. I removed it and put R082 + R500 in its place. So the amperage is 5A~5.3А. That's what he told me, a man who is very professional with lasers. After this procedure there is definitely a visible difference in power! The light is brighter, but the downside is that it heats up noticeably faster, albeit with a large aluminum radiator like mine. Prolonged lighting at maximum power should simply be avoided. 60 seconds max and two minutes rest.

According to information at 5V/5A, the power of the laser with G2 lens is 7.2W
At 5V/4A it was about 5.5W with a G2 lens

After my modified of the driver, he brought 6A with two 18650 / 20A batteries
This will probably bring over 7.5w of power! 💥💥💥

6 amps is in the region of rapidly diminishing returns. The extra amp will get you a modest power increase but at the cost of greatly reduced diode life and extra heat to deal with. Caveat emptor.

That's right, but the increase is palpable! Worth. The increase is probably over 2W. It is currently burning some items instantly. However, my goal was to make a powerful laser and I already have it 💥💥💥
Yes, I know that his life will be reduced, but I do not use it every day and it will take a long time. However, it is not a working device and its use time is not long. But as a last resort, the diode will be replaced with a new one. There is no way, everything has disadvantages
However, the laser has a weaker mode of operation in which it operates at 3A and can be used more time if I just want to spend the evening in the sky

Test 2

I hope you do realize that you run a very good risk of being caught by the auth. I do not know where you live, but nowadays it's easy to triangulate your position.
