my first project "The Turk"

Hi all i am again :D :) :thinking:

yes i know i am ask a many question.. But not now.. i have not a question. i was build my first project "The Turk". i have a 90 pictures for this project. i sellect only 23 pic and i will upload now here.

i was use this

LPC 826 diode
LM317 driver
Ultrafire BRC 18650 / 3.7 volt 4000 ma two batterys.
switchs , button , 1N4007 diodes , pcb , spring for battery holder , 2.5 mm Plexiglass v.s.
 





Now i will add a pictures and explane how i build ..

i was soldering diode and isolate cupper wire you can see

And this is a aluminium cooler. block aluminium drill and cut left side..

i hold axiz modul cooler and fix it screw

Hi again me..

i add a moore pictures ..

The host.. But the laser two function include. Laser & torch. i was use a 1 watt led lamp. you can see the picture.

The LM317 driver for led torch

i soldering power cable

This is laser driver but this driver two stages driver.. one stage is 135 ma second stage ise 400 ma power. i use a 4 resistor. ( 2 paralel )

That is an interesting enclosure I see you make it your self, it looks like Teflon :thinking:

I have never seen a laser/flashlight made by a member before +4 for you for making something new :gj:

Well done, i have seen many builds on here but very few make their own "Hosts" circuits and the works! You even documented everything along the way, thats another one up on me!:whistle:

Yes it is include a flashlight and laser.

And it is not teflon it is a Plexiglas. plexiglas like glass but not glass. Plexiglas is Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) is a transparent thermoplastic, often used as a lightweight or shatter-resistant alternative to glass. Poly(methyl methacrylate) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Great looking laser, really nice work. Now you are hooked on building laser projects like the rest of us.
