My first build
~1.5W SolarForce L2X

Host
SolarForce L2X, extended version - fits 2x18650. Made from type III hard anodized aluminum.

Diode, driver and heatsink
Diode is m140 in copper module from DTR :thanks: driven at 1500ma by my diy stcs2 driver.
Heatsink is also my design. Here you can find it's drawing.
Everything is packed as drop-in module. This allows me to turn this L2X back to regular flashlight.

Sorry, but I forgot to take pictrues of driver. Now it's glued inside heatsink.

I made design and neighbour machined it. Still just dreaming about my own lathe or cnc

This is one sexy host, The Aluminium used to make these hosts is actually no way near as good as the Al we use in custom hosts, Copper H/S was a good call...
