We've been turning down machining copper for a while now, but finally a lucky customer convinced us to start. This the result from his drawing:

Host is 2x18350's, has a 5A forward clicky switch, and a total weight of 15.5oz.

Nice looking host!
That thing shines like a mirror!
So will you now be accepting all copper machining, or was this just a one-time thing?
Your custom hosts are some of my favorites, nice work!
Take it easy

Thanks! Yes we will, although our stock of copper is very limited right now.

It reminds me of the Sirius-1-C design a lot. The bottom one in this pic:

That's one awesome looking host, guys. It's just screaming to be paired with one of the 1W 520's!
I assume that you can also use it in a 1 x 18650 configuration?

I think I would put one of the 3.5W 445s diodes in this host. I Have a 4A 20mm driver SXB.
That would be perfect.

Looks great ! Glad your starting to do copper. Your attention to detail is to be commended.

Thanks everyone! Yes this host could be made exactly to 18650, but as is would likely fit 1 18650 as well. If not you could always use a magnet to make the cell a little longer.

Beautiful work with the copper/aluminium host. Glad to see you doing copper.
You guys do great work and your customer care is exemplary. Looking forward
to see some of your host in the future.

*gasp* Its the Sirius!!! Been wanting to get my hands on one forever!
