SUCCESS!!!! With 4 1X1s, two hole saws, 4 big C-clamps, some balloons for better grip with the wooden 'wrenches' I got it apart without resorting to a torch.
And no major scratches.. I had tried some spray solvent to break down the thread lock compound so that may have helped, i dont know for sure. the threads looked like there was something resembling varnish on them. light brown in color.
So now I need to get a heatsink made to hold the aixiz module and find switch as the one it had in it got fubarred a little and was connected ti some contacts on the side of the round driver.. I guess a 20X20mm fan would fit inside but the 445nm diodes dont really seem to need one. I would like a LED 'on' light but it would be easier to put something in that hole and the one left where the circular key lock was. No idea if the pump or driver are still good. Kenom expressed interest in them so he gets first dibbs.
