Mobile Responsive Layout - Ready for Testing

I didn't change to this it happened just now, I use an iPad how do I change it back, I don't want the mobile version!

Alan

please use the dropdown menu in the bottom left corner of LPF to switch back, or set darkshadows v5 in your member profile. if you don't see those options might need clear browser cache

I'm on a PC and don't use LPF on a mobile device, but the mobile version is operating in place of the desktop version as of now. Is there a way to switch it back to the desktop version, as I'm using well... my desktop?

to set the style goto:

user cp->miscellaneous options->forum skin->darkshadows v5

or if you don't want to save it, flip back and forth more easily with drop down menu in bottom left corner of LPF

Please try and give the new layout a chance though... if you don't like something, please post about it. I have hired a designer to help with this project and ultimately the layout features should be what you guys want.. I know changes are not always easy to get used to, but please give the style a chance and post your feedback here.

Best Regards

Thanks c0ld. Also, it's just the fact that the mobile layout is simply not easy to use via PC, with a mouse. It's easy to tell that it's made for a touch screen capable device, as things are much bigger and there is not as much information shown. If I used LPF on mobile I would definitely use the new skin, as it's a lot more basic and fitting for smaller screens. I also liked the advanced-to-home button at the bottom right corner, that would be cool if it were incorporated into the desktop skin :D

Heh, it probably doesn't help matters that I regularly browse from 3 different PC's, a phone and 2-3 tablets.

On PC definitely keeping the Darkshadows V5 theme... too used to it.

Cool, the signature stretch problem seems to be gone now.

I do seem to get an issue now that only appears when my phone (Moto G 2nd Gen running android 6.0) is in landscape mode.

In portrait the main index and the stats box are properly aligned:

However when rotated to landscape it stretches out the stats box with latest post and the main index gets constricted.:

I do like the little ^ arrow on the left side of the display that takes you right to the top of the page.

I think the main page stretching should be fixed now, but it might be required to clear browser cache for the fixed .CSS file to take effect

I just tried it on my mobile. Honestly, I really don't like this new version. Much preferred the old style, where the page would look the same as on desktop.

Just my $0.02 :)

Advanced reply editor and signature editor don't seem to be resizing to fit the page - so I end up only having about one quarter of the space I should have when using the advanced reply/updating my signature. Not a major bug - just a little annoying! :)

Edit: Saying that ... it wasn't the full width of the page on the original style - but it was wider!

I do like this mobile version more than the last. Three things:
When a new post has been made to a thread how do I skip directly to the most recent comment.

Where is the rep and post count displayed?

Where do I have the option to view all thread topics?" Home screen" only ?

Also, about the most recent comment question... There is no longer a time/date for when the most recent comment was.
