Hey guys!
I was sitting around and i noticed that if i shine my blu-ray laser at some paper that has highliter ink on it, it fluorescences . So i came up with a recipe for your own flourescent dye:
Materials:
YELLOW Highliter
Cup
Sink
Brain
Razorblade or Knife
1. Take a YELLOW highliter.
2. Open it up.
3. Take out the cotton tube with the plastic around it.
4. Cut open the plastic tube.
5. Go to your sink, and put a cup below the faucet.
6. Turn the water on (just barely) to a very small trickle.
7. Run the water on the highliter tube and squeeze it so ink comes out into the cup along with water.
8. Get out as much of the ink as possible.
9. Now you have your flourescent dye! Shine a BR laser into it, or put a black light over it.
Pro Tip: Make sure it is a new highliter, if it is a old, dryed out highliter, don't even try...
Enjoy!
