It's been this way for just the last couple weeks, it's been fine for(ever) before that. Off and on. Computer seems to be OK, no updates recently (Win-7/Chrome). Network speed tests check out ok but Frontier just took over for Verizon FIOS (phone/TV/internet) and I have noticed some jitter the last couple days when I preview movies (doesn't happen when I watch movies) but not as often as I'm seeing the image below using the internet for LPF (lasts for up to/over a minute then often just times out).

Anyone else?

Maybe try clearing your browsing data (cookies, history etc) maybe the website temp storage has some sort of carrier signature/decryption if you think it's Verizon. Can't hurt to try :)

I have the same problem from time to time, has been happening off and on for a long time, sometimes frequently for several days and then stops. I use Verizon wireless.

Thanks for the quick replies everyone. I added a speed test picture to the original post. Connection speed is delivering what I'm paying for, well at least for file transfers. It happens usually late afternoon through early evening. When everyone gets home from school and work I suppose.

I like to use autosave/populate for username/passwords. Will these get deleted too?

I believe there is a menu that pops up, list of options of things you can delete, see if autofill is one of them and if so then uncheck it.

I have occasionally had to wait a while to access my User CP, and it's happened about 3 times when I try to access a thread. Like you said, it's off and on.

Though I can do everything at normal speed after I've done the initial waiting.

I decided to try and simply re-click the link and presto, the second time works virtually all the time. Is that a clue?

What do you mean by re-click, like, click it twice?

Yes. Clicked on the shortcut a second time (not a double-click).

i.e. click once, wait 10+ seconds, if the page still hasn't loaded, click again.
