Looking for a 100mw 532nm laser.

Hey guys i was looking for a 532nm laser. I want it to be around a 100mw. I also want it to be focusable. My budget is around $80. So far i have looked at this one www.rayfoss.com. Does anyone have any experience with that laser. I would also like the power to not be too overspec or underspec. Thanks!:thanks:

to make it focusable you need to remove the lens from the module and screw it into the host.

Hey i would but the Rayfoss laser the power output is very close when ir filtered to 100mw. check out this review http://laserpointerforums.com/f52/rayfoss-532-nm-100-mw-rf532-100mw-b03-62756.html. Are you sure about the 100mw power output for this module?

Wait so is the rayfoss laser good? Ive emailed them and theyvsaid they can ship the laser in two parts to avoid customs

Both my 100mW modules from techhood have been overspec by 40mW+

Alrite sounds good, ive settled on this lazerer laser if i dont build one Lazerer Bighead 532nm 100mw
If i build one i have got some questions.
1. If i use this host what battery will i need 18650?
2.Which 100mw green module should i order for an easy build one with spring or wires? He has four for sale!
3.Anyone in australia have a focusable green 100mw laser they can sell me for around $65?

Use a spring module 3.7-4.2v
that host uses 18650, and you can remove the middle tube for cr123/16340.

alrite more questions the host says modules for 12x60mm so i presume i should get this one 100mW 532nm12x60mm /Laser Diode Module/Green Laser Beam | eBay , or is is this one 100mW 532nm 3.7V-4.2V /Laser Diode Module/Green Laser | eBay and if it makes any difference i want this focusable

from what i know, its hard to make a DIY focusable 532
it would be easier just to buy a pre-made one

it involves removing the glued in lens, sometimes its easy-just screw it out, sometimes you have to cut it out!
