The current rating on it is definitely wrong, it will surely die at 250mA. The datasheet I have says 50mA typical and 60 max.

Is there any affordable way of obtaining the 100mW Nichia NDB4216 or the 80mW Nichia NDE4116?

Hi Albert, iv'e tried sourcing a NDB4216 through a member here, unfortunatley the stock seem's to have dried up,

With the NDE4116, i dont even think many members no they are available

I'd think they could only be sourced currently through Nichia themselves?

Any other members with info would be handy

The NDB7242E diodes are multimode and were Engineering samples by Nichia.
Edit: there also 3.8mm not 5.6

I was in believe that M462 is made by brand named with starting letter C, and the one who name should not be mentioned. Company is making watches too

I could be wrong with this, but... :thinking:
