Hmmm, ok - probably wouldn't fit anywhere. It's not an announcement or rumour of an upcoming diode. It's not commercially available (but just expensive or unattainable by us). It's also not common (obviously).Where would this 622nm diode go? this guy only had 3 and apparently the technology was unobtainable. See the topic and there's a picture of it.
Even if that's not the same one that was for sale here - it still deserves addition to the list as (E) category.
According to the part number on the package the diodes are shown in, on opnext's product list, they're 15mw 635nm diodes.
