There is barely any amperage here... tasers run off the same principal you see the high voltage spark but there's no real punch behind the high voltage kick. You also need to understand that the high voltage arc is not looking for ground! It is looking to complete the circuit with itself as it is an induced charge within a coil. Also notice how I said I work with one hand behind my back... even though it isn't enough current to kill me I still take precautions. Also this is not your typical voltage it is high frequency high voltage that is almost imperceptible when you're hit with it. When you do get hit there may be a burn but muscle damage (temporary) is more likely to occur... like one of the hardest work outs you've ever done.
