Like I said in the previous thread the diode is toasted. The raw output doesn't look good.
The reflected beam came back from the mirror, hits the lens and the dot has burned the die exactly at the spot where the laserlight originally came out. That is why you have a weird raw output, it shouldn't have a moon shaped.
I have experienced it twice with my red laser and both time the laser needs a replacement diode.
