I'm probably for getting mine un anodised too, I really don't want black. How much tougher does anodisation make the aluminium?

You can get a black laser barrel anywhere :)

no, i dont think you can get a barrel this cool just anywhere, Black or silver.

There is (or ws) a poll about that. black or clear.

I'd find it for you but can't get the d'd forum to load a whole page more than half the time!!???

If you are getting them black in the end, I'll take mine un-anodised too please... It'll look better, arrive earlier, be a better heatsink and save you a bit of money.

Kenom i guest purchased a second one of these bad boys with hope that thay may ship together. i figure i would give heads up.
excited i know there is a wile to go still but these look like there going satisfy me for some time thank you.

Gotcha, You will have them combined. Your not the only one that has changed thier mind and added a barrel after the first. So worry not my friend they will ship together.

Have the metalworkers started on the run yet? If i recall correctly it's about the right time.

Nah. they won't be starting the run until they get done with the move. They indicated to me that they would be done with the run by the 16th of july. This is what happened with the first run. They tell me a date then it gets pushed back a few weeks, then a few week, then it finally gets done. Without this going forward when it did, this would be happening a few months from now instead of now. I was looking at finding another cnc shop to do this stuff but none of them responded to my small time run. Not to worry, it will be very soon!!

LMAO!! Yep that is essentially what I get from the manufacturer every time I inquire about time frame.

I swear Daguin, if you teach that witt and intelligence in your classes, consider me enrolled!!
