Joker, how difficult is it to provide a real tracking number?

I'm not accusing you of anything I love the work you do! its awesome the service you provide to the community. And yes I'm still interested in getting the product if I get it I don't require any sort of refund as I know your actively trying to resolve the issue. It just hard waiting six months.
 





I stand by my comment, It has taken forever for many people. Tracking numbers don't seem to work. But in the end it every post I have seen has been resolved.

The point being, Joker is not a scammer and seems to be an ethical individual that has delays in his delivery.
 
I agree he's been extremely quick at reply's to me and even recognized me on here from my order. A six month lead time is just frustrating.
 
Totally cool with th feedback guys. I am taking it seriously. You can see that I do.

And people get a pic of the pack from me along with their code these days. So it is %100 correct.

Anyway I will keep getting better overtime.

I was to sell two or three lasers a week like in the old days it was no problem. But it will take a bit :)
 
I love making my order and paying when it arrives! He even lets me wait until Friday! (Payday) Worth the wait if you ask me. And if you're ordering a kit like I am, it takes virtually no lead time. :)
 
I have been wrestling with whether to post this info or not. I've been following these threads about Sci-Fi's deliveries for a while now. I decided it's best to share my experience even if that means if I have a problem with my newly purchased Arcane 2.0 in the future, I may not get any help from Sci-Fi.

I had the same experience as this OP. Got multiple tracking numbers that ended up being for someone else in a different state. Even got Eitan to promise to refund after a specified date whether I eventually got the laser or not at a later date (I asked what does "guaranteed delivery" actually mean). Only got more tracking numbers and promises. Date came and went. No refund. Perhaps I would have gotten a refund had I insisted but I didn't like having to be so persistent with my inquiries.

I eventually did get the laser from Sci-Fi and it is a very nice laser but the amount of energy required on my part to continually pester Eitan is not worth it to me to buy another. It is a shame. It is a very nice product. And I would have likely bought at least a couple more to get Red, Blue, and Green in the Arcane 2.0 host. It's a very nice host, solidly built and an attractive design.

I eventually commissioned Eghemus to build me a host that kind of looked like Sci-Fi's with similar components as the Arcane 2.0 635nm as I wasn't sure I was ever going to get the Arcane. I also approached other sellers here on LPF for other colors/styles/powers/etc and so far have not had any bad experiences.

I have bought from sellers in Israel before on eBay and never had the problems I've had here with the bad tracking numbers so I'm really not sure what is really going on. I only hear that it's going to get better but no explanation so I can't make my own evaluation so at this point I'm not going to risk it again. Sorry Eitan. You've been very nice, professional, and respectful with your replies but the intended and expected outcomes just aren't happening from my experiences and what I see posted here. I am willing to change my mind but not with just more promises. It will take something 'more' and unfortunately I'm not sure what 'more' is right now. You have a very good product at a competitive price. To me that's the very definition of 'value' but rolling the dice on when it arrives is too much for me.

Good luck and I really do hope the problems are identified and fixed.

Totally understood. As I did make progress with shipping times. I offer you guys payment only after you recieve the profudct.

Hey Arkshed and anybody else that wants to buy a laser or accessories,

The lasers and accessories I sell, you get a working tracking number that day and you have your package in your hands 3 business days maximum in the USA. You usually receive it within 2 days. All of the many members that have bought from me here are 100% satisfied with the quality of the lasers/accessories, communication and delivery. I have invested the time, money and effort to make sure all of my sales are taken care of and completed swiftly.

come on give me a break, we all know you are just a re-seller for the shity company nobody has that many lasers sitting there , there is a sell & buy section why dont you go there? seems you post this in almost every thread..

Joker you really should have another person that is responsible for answer emails, send out correct tracking numbers, i cant imagine it being easy building and sending lasers as a fulltime job its alot to do for just one man and it would save alot of frustration for some customers that wait longer then they should.

You know the photo you sent me of "my" package.... there are two address stickers on it. Mine on the top of another one. The one under it is somewhat visible through mine on the top. Looks like an address to Fair Oaks, California.

Can you explain that?

Yep. I wanted to send it to another customer. And delayed him in order to send it to you. I think I got another pic of this pack if you want a proof.

In anyway it does not explain why it does not work.

On Jan 21, you told me you called the post office and they told you that the tracking number would be active next day. That's two weeks ago today.
 
In these pictures that are being taken, Is there any proof these pictures are being taken at the post office when they are being dropped off? That was our original request Eitan. The inclusion of pictures is nice and I am sure somewhat appreciated. I believe the original argument was you are getting pre-printed labels and many feel you are just sticking that label on the box and letting it sit in the corner until you get around to going to the post office. You have made claims that it is the post office delaying it. I don't see the pictures proving either way.
