Joker, how difficult is it to provide a real tracking number?

At least you guys have tracking numbers. I ordered a month ago, my paypal was charged, and I've yet to get a single response via email, the official site, or these forums despite multiple attempts. Delays are fine. Total radio silence isn't.

Direct message. Didn't think starting a thread was appropriate even though I've lurked for a few months. But thanks! Hoping to get this resolved and get my hands on that arcane 2.0 someday.

you will. just be patient. Joker have to file out a bunch of order and it's mostly him who build everything... 200+ a month so he'll forget about unlucky few but he'll get back and solve your problem...if not he will refund you. unlike most other company. almost every merchant on LPF stick by their customer. i guarantee that.

if worst case scenario come .many member here can build you a laser..... and we have another company here. Sanwu/ contact podo.

Oh, I totally understand. Like I said, delays are just fine. If I have to wait a few months, it's no big deal. I mean, where else can I get a 7w pointer? I trust the recommendations here, but a simple, "hey, I'm working on it" would be awesome. I'm sure it'll work out.

thats just bad i agree, one month no laser no communication is not good at all.

I am not trying to sound rude in anyway so please do not take any part of this as such. It seems like your business has grown enough to a point where maybe hiring another person might not be such a bad idea. I have seen some other members talk about this in previous post as well! Sure, more of your profit will go toward paying the employee but it will take a load off of your back not having to handle all the e-mails.

Plus, having an extra person to deal with customers would provide a quicker response then having one person trying to do it all. I would consider thinking about it, and best of luck :yh:
