You are going to have to find your way past your problems with TJ
AND
Wanting a "rule" written out.

There are far too many variables
(as my post explained with you and TJ as two examples)
to write a "simple" rule that you can measure against a chosen action

Remember, one man's thoughtful response is another man's mean spirited troll
