Its just another piece of your privacy given away for the taking, and Apple said nothing about it. And you dont want to blame Apple? I think you are the basher, sir, just for the wrong team.
When a persons privacy is given away there is suppose to be notification.
And dont say "I have nothing to hide". Everyone has the right to privacy. What if there was a security camera in the bathroom stall at your work. You're doing nothing wrong, but I'd expect most people would not like it. Why? Because we all have something we want to keep private regardless if its bad or not.
I think a camera in a bathroom is much different but w/e.

It's just my opinion though. Not trying to step on toes. I'm just saying a lot of things have to fall in place for a random person to actually get this info and at the end of the day what do they find out? I went to mcdonalds for lunch that day? If people care that much about it I would even offer to call them up, tell them what I ordered and how tasty it was.
But again. Opinions are like assholes... Every bodies gotta have one.
