Hey Dino,
Let me just say a few things about your site. Understand that I am not trying to flame you or anything however I am a web developer by profession and I think you should hear a few things that you won't hear for free anywhere else.
Firstly your site has to potential to be really great but it needs some work. I want to tell you about crowding. There is TONS of information everywhere... The key to good design is to take elements out of your design and see if the site would function fine without it. For example: Everything below wholesale inquiry could be put into a tabbed menu. minus the related items... that should stay where it is. The Dino kids stuff and down can be taken out altogether (I.E have a section for "daily deals"). Also limit your item description to lets say 1000 words and have a button to read more... it's taking up way too much real estate at the beginning.
Okay so thats just beginning on the item page. Lets get around to a big problem you have and that is table based design. For more information on this check out the article I wrote here:
Table based design: Why I loathe it, and you should too! | The Best John The gist of it is that it's a very outdated method of creating sites that can now actually get you sued in the states for not being accessible to people with vision impairments.
I'm not trying to hijack your post with this as you asked for some input and I won't make this any longer. If you'd like a little more advice feel free to PM me.
EDIT: Also just so you know the autoplay youtube video is a cue for the user to close your site immediately to stop the noise... users don't know where its coming from (because its so far down the page) and they often just close the window/tab
