havent heard any good things about dhgate. one flaw with your statement, yes they are 3.43/piece but the seller requires you to buy a minimum of 1 lot (10 pieces/lot) so that means they would be $34.26 (with their math :crackup: ). still a great price for 10 of those hosts. im guessing the lasers are no where near 50mW, 5mW maybe but for someone looking for hosts it may be a good deal.

I would be very interested to see the results of these. The price is an absolute steal per unit, although if you actually consider companies buying thousands of these at a time, it seems plausible.
 
please let us know the findings....im guessing somewhere between 10-30mW maybe a few that are overspec

--- These days its rare to see any 5 mW- and 50 mW for the cheap pointers sold as 5mW is NOT rare at all- my point? why send underspec when it is not needed?

I will bet they are more than 50mW and should be as they lose power in time and thus todays overspec is just 'spec' later down the road.

Somebody needs to run a GB for USA buyers- and they deserve 10% mark-up for the work.
If they die in a year you still have a keyed host- win/win.
I am good for 2 +-- plus re-shipping and materials/handling costs too.
That is only fair to the person who hosts a GB. no shame---

we await the review of DJNY- send him a little +rep for taking one for the team!!

It'd probably cost more to try and force the pointer to be 5mW through power control rather than accept whatever the low manufacturing tolerances permit.

Thank you for ordering from my store,but i think i made a mistake for the price, I can only send 1 sets for the money you paid, please make sure wether it is ok?

There is some proble with the DHgate system, when i choose it as 1pcs, but the system change it to 10pcs, for the Laser pen, it can not be so cheap, I think you shold know this too.

Friend, If you don't want it, i can refund your money, but when you choose the reason of refund,please choose it as : I choose wrong product, or the dhgate will punish me.

I smell dispute :pop: you used PayPal right? Most likely they only ship one and you get a free laser after the dispute.

What a bust. Those should have been by far, the cheapest I have seen.
