How much sleep do you get usually?

Well on school days I get up at 5:30 and usually get to bed around 1:00am - 2:30am. So generally anywhere from 4.5-3 hours of sleep. But on weekends I usually crash around 10pm and wake up anywhere from 9-10 the next day.
 





Not enough... It's usually one of two things. I'm either not tired and finally fall asleep about 4 hours before waking up. Or I wake up numerous times throughout the night.

i've always been the rise at first lite type. mornings are my most productive time.
nowadays i get 7-8 hrs sleep a nite. even tho i'm off most weekends, i still get up at around the same time 5:00 am cdst
 
I'm wondering, is anyone here a polyphasic sleeper, or every attempted a polyphasic sleep cycle?
 
On work days I get up at 5:10, leave at 6:15, get home at 6 or 7 P.M. and get to bed at 11 P.M. On weekends I don't get up until about 8:30, but I don't go to bed until about 1 or 2.
 
Some days I'm just freaking exhausted. I can't help but wonder if it is from cumulative lack fo sleep. Last night (this morning) I fell asleep around 5:45am, woke up at 2:30pm, was still tired, layed in bed for an hour. Now it is barely after 1am and I'm tired again, droopy eyes and everything.
 
anywhere from 0-12 hours, depending on my schedule.

avg probably 6 hours a day (8am to 4pm)
 
I usually sleep from 1 or 2AM to 7AM on school days, then more around 4AM to 10AM on weekends.
