I just managed 1:10, but to be fair, I'm pretty relaxed right now, so I wasn't exactly being active. Most I can manage with physical exertion is less than 30s (swimming), but I'm not exactly a natural-born swimmer, or fit in any way...
1 minute 34 seconds.. I am quite surprised since I haven't been swimming since Autumn and have never really practiced diving I could probably do about 1min 50 if I was a bit more relaxed.
I'm wondering how is this posible. Do you guys (diachi, niko...) smoke? I'm very surprised I get such a high time while I'm suposed to have the worst lungs hre xd
I have to breath really deeply for like 2 minutes before though. That seems to be the trick, breathing deeply for a while before then you dont have the urge to breath again for a while.
