It's rarely the coders that start the so called drama.

What makes you think I'm not a coder...
Do you think elves come to our shop to design our LPM Firmware...

The coders do it for the hobby, the sellers do it for the paycheck.
What makes you think that all coders only do it for the hobby...
I understand that a coder just made a financial gain selling our
mimicked Firmware. I'd call that a paycheck..

BTW ped... we all know which way the wind bends you...;)

OK...Back to the History Thread.....

I gotta agree that the Andover LPM1 was the first hobbyist
LPM I saw when I first browsed Laser reated Forums...

"Your" firmware? You had the opportunity to buy it and passed up your chance... ;)

If you consider the time I put into it, I took a pretty serious loss.

I've managed to dig up the original manual for it. Still poking around to figure out how long it was available for and to flesh out its origin story.

I actually did make the decision to omit that one - on account of it not being produced by a hobbyist. Precious little information is available about it, but I can see what I can dig up!

I did not know that, interesting :p
I always thought it was a hobbyist LPM. I guess not. Do you know who made it?

As far as I can tell, drlava worked with Andover to develop it... Andover being a corporation based in Andover, CT.
