Add cat food. I used to often find a pile of slugs in the bowl of food I left out for the neighborhood cats.
 





TJ is the go-to guy for free public cat food?? ...who knew?

A somewhat funny story just came to mind after reading your comment TJ. Years ago back in high school my friend had one of those houses on the block that owned 25+ cats. They had 2 acres of property so it's not like it was crowded or anything, but there were always cats around his yard & sometimes getting into his house. For feeding time, the owners would put out a huge bowl of cat food (much like feline celebrity hero TJ) everyday around 6:00ish.

We decided one day to add a 1/2 box of epsom salt to their feast because we knew it was used as a laxative & we thought it'd be funny. We knew that cats would poop everywhere from this, but what we didn't know is that it would last for 3 continuous days!?! My friends parents were pissssed when cat poop was almost unavoidable.... we actually had to clean up his porch, garage and driveway from uncontrollable cat sludge from our little trick, not knowing it would 1/2 backfire on us.

We never checked out the situation of the actual owners house afterwards because of the obvious but... c'mon, what do you expect when you live with twenty something cats?? A week or so after this incident, we laid low for awhile because the full outcome (except a bunch of happy cats) is still unknown.
 
LMAO, thats a funny story.

My neighbor (I fed him too) went to jail, so he had to leave his cats behind. So I took care of them, along with about 5 other stray cats, possums, and a skunks. They all like cat food apparently.
 
I'd love to have laserslug as a mascot. Avery can buy it if he wants.

Food is food ... any animal will eat it when they're wild. I always see some little critter eating something at a McDonalds and other places
