help me to choose a burner laser and a bright laser

If it hasn´t to be waterproof, go with the standard models. They are cheaper and stronger, because the special waterproof lense costs a lil bit of output power. Another alternative is buying a blu-ray or a IR laser if you are only interested in burning abilities.
But if you are looking for an all-in-all" package (great visibility + burning power), there isn´t a better choice than the 200mW rayfoss and o-like green torch, as Albert mentioned before

mmmmh....would you recommend me an specific bluray laser pointer? (i don't want a diy one, too much things to look about...surely i would give up)

or better: i will get 2 lasers if needed.

1 laser for best burning/price without caring of visibility and 1 laser for maximum visibility and quality / price.

Blu-ray would have to be the best burner available at the moment, if you don't want to DIY, go with the 100mW or 150mW pens from O-Like. Better yet, look around at some builds for sale by member's here.

For highest power for price, you can't go wrong with red (650nm). Any of the 200mW red lasers from O-Like will give you exactly what you want: ~200mW of 650nm goodness.
For visibility for price, go with a green (532nm) laser. 50mW will give you a very visible beam at night. If you also want it to burn things, you will need about 75mW+ (although I have heard of members being able to pop balloons with 50mW, although I haven't been able to).

Also, in order of visibility it would go green, red, blu-ray.

Rayfoss has 100mW greens(handheld not the pens) for $75, that would give you a mix of great visibility and good burning, or if you prefer to spend more you could have a laser custom made for you.

since it's supposed to pop balloons underwater, it should?

Ive lit bottle rockets with my 233mW before but not more than 2 feet away.

@ dmdevotee, I had this exact same model when RAYFOSS 1st came to LPF, only my model was in SILVER. It was rated @ 50mW's also but maintained a steady 75mW's. I've had about 6 different RAYFOSS lasers & have been MORE THAN satisfied with ALL their units. In fact, I've NEVER had one that was under spec, they were ALWAYS over spec. Also, FAONA is a real peach of a woman to do business with. rob

ok but, even if this is true fact, isn't supposed that o-like test the lasers before shipping them?? they will guarentee less power if i choose waterproof version? they won't compensate the loss in waterproof lens adding a bit powerfull diode??. there are really more chance to get lower mw output if i get the waterproof model?

They can´t compensate this. As far as I know the 200mW reds all have the same diode (correct me if I´m wrong). But the difference in output between the waterproof and the other reds won´t be visible without a LPM.

I've never tried it, but with steady hands you should be able to (Btw do you NEED a waterpoof one?). Also a green wouldn't operate well in 10 degree Celsius weather because DPSS lasers are so fickle about the temperature in which they are operated at.
Personally for a red, I would go with the O-Like ones, just because I like O-Like more.

Yes, I'm pretty sure they test the output, if you want to make sure just ask for a power graph. Also, it doesn't matter if you get the waterproof or normal, they WILL BE ROUGHLY the same power, i.e. ~200mW. Personally I don't see why the waterproof will be less powerful. It should be the same lens but just waterproofed. And the diodes in the 200mW reds are all the same.

will i able to light matches with a 200mw green non-focusable?

non focusable is $125 and focusable is $150, does it worth it?

the beam is tighter with non-focusables(with good divergence) higher in the sky, as trying to focus the laser into the sky can be difficult as you have no dot to jugde the smallest setting

I was a little disappointed in the focusing. It doesn't turn quite enough to get what I believe is called focused to infinity. I just couldn't get a focus as good as my LOC with a regular axis lens. However it's fine to focus for burning close up.
