Hello guys..

Im just a new member of this site and have no experience with other than a laser pointer :P

I have a 5mW Green and a 200mW Red.

But i have seen some really nice things on youtube, where a guy drawed stuff on a wall or paper with his laser pointer. Thats really awesome and i want to do that :D

But how do a make such GITD wall ?? or where can i buy it ??

Thx for reading my question..

Oh, you mean Glow In The Dark, with GITD. Never heard that one before...

ehe yeah that was what i meant xD thought you guys (the pro's) called it that :P

But do you know anything about this ?? maybe where i can buy some Glow In The Dark paint ?? (GITD) ^^

You could probably pick up glow in the dark paint at your local arts and crafts store, I'm sure they'll have some :)

Though, I've tried the paint and it doesn't glow nearly as good as the tiles, like the one in that link I gave before :)

Its no use getting GITD paint/tiles unless you have a Blu-Ray laser to make it glow ;D

Thx guys..

But it will only glow if i have a blu-ray laser ??
Your 5mW green may be able to make it glow very slightly, but the blu-ray (violet) lasers are what really make things glow.

Check the "persistance" on these paints --- Do you want your drawing to last 10 minutes or hours???? If it holds too long, you won't be able to "paint" again for a while.

okay thx... but i have no entensions to build a blu-ray laser, thats too expensive :/

And will you pls explain what persistance is ?? or where to see the persistance on the paint ??

By persistence he means how long the glow lasts. I'm not sure you can really check that, it isn't like a stat you can see when selecting the product... At least I don't think so.

And if you can't get a blu-ray laser, then glow in the dark is fairly useless :) You need a blu-ray :D

Like Murudai said, dont even bother with the paint unless you're going to build a blu-ray. You can build one for less than $50!! I have a bunch of GITD tiles, but even my 150mW green hand-held wouldn't make them glow. Not even a little bit. You need a blu-ray, or even a 473nm laser would work, but not as well as a 405nm blu-ray.
