Well, what is exactly wrong with it? Is it just the fact you cannot put it back together?

no cant take it apart to solder the circuit board back... and if i can get in there to adjust the focus when it was working the dot was very large from when i first had it

It rather looks like one of the diode pins has come off the diode if that is the case there is a 99.2% chance that you can not solder it back on and you will need a new laser diode.

so let say i buy a new diode how can i get the old one out?
or would i be better off just buying a kit like that c-88 kit in your sig?

or better yet i have this case... what the best i can put into it.. i really don't want to buy a brand new working laser i rather put mine together so i know how it works...
well what i want...in a laser.. tell me if this can be done with the case i have now...
a blue color.. above 1watt and i would like to be able to adjust the focus very easy..

It looks like non standard Chinese BS, any laser should be easy to focus except for pen types that are fixed focus.

I agree its way better to assemble a laser yourself so you know what's in it and how its put together. For some examples of how to easily assemble a laser see the white links in my signature.

$118.

this what I need if building the 9mm stainless
your Amazon link is not working

or this one
445nm 9mm Diode In V4 Copper Module W/2.4A X-Drive Non Stock Lens Option
(Runs on 6-9V or two 3.7V Li-Ions)
$123

if I get this one...

are the 3 element lens or g2 focusable?
and I'm guessing the g2 lens is better than 3 element?

Yes they are focusable, you screw a focus knob on the end and they screw directly into the module in front of the diode.

And yes the G2 lens is better.

OK sorry asking you so many ?
but will the focus ring come with it or will I have to order that seperate?

It comes with it. Extended barrel will just stick out further. They were mainly designed for custom focus rings to match how far the three element threads stick out of a module wen focused so you can swap between them without having to adjust the module position.
