Hello All from Nor*Cal

So.... I was introduced to real lasers "meaning anything other than the <5mw red, because that was all I knew existed," about 8 months ago by username "yobresal." I have just a couple of lasers now including 100mw green & 50mw violet. I am hooked.

I want to get into building them. Nothing extreme to start because I do not have too much time to dedicate to them.

Looking to get a kit to build a red or violet first.

I hope you know about laser safety. Use the search button to find stuff by jayrob. He makes awesome kits that are great for new(or new-ish, in your case) people.
