Has anybody tested the 600mW version of the shenzhen greenie?






They only sell 500mW, and I doubt you will find anybody. Very few people will take the risk of purchasing an expensive laser from one of those Chinese sellers, and I'll be surprised if you do find one.

I somewhat don't like that host, though. It doesn't look like it could handle 600mW of heat. I think Likeitbright is the only one who would order it (he was the one who took the risk of getting the DX 50 blue, which was like $700).

CNI is Chinese company too.

laserlands why is your 50mW star pen with middle-open more expensive that the one with back-open ?

"Wicked" is chinese "Viasho" is chinese "CNI" is chinese and "Techlaser" "ect" "ect" ":ect"
all have good ,and like any manufactuer a bad one here and there.Its the QC dept that makes a company "GREAT" period

I said, one of "those" Chinese companies. As in, the cheap ones that are all over the place. Sorry, I should have been more clear. I am also a supporter of those companies (well maybe not Wicked and Tech), and I have ordered from RayFoss and know they are good.
 
I have the RAYFOSS 600mW. On my LASERBEE I, it starts out at 610mW's & will hold that for ~30 secs, then starts a downward slide to ~ 550 after 60 secs. I pushed it for another 30 secs. (past the recommended duty cycle), but it never dropped any further than 525mW's. I think it was WELL WORTH the $$$ that I paid for it. Nice clean beam, good divergence, & the "SPOT" had very little to ZERO artifacts. (depends on if I cleaned the lens 1st or not). rob
 
Hey rob!
I don´t want to buy this shenzhen laser or any other high powered greenies. My 200mW o-like greenie is more than enough ;)
I´m only interested if the lasers selled by cheap-chinese companies are up-to spec.
BUT if you don´t need your 600mW any longer tell me I´ll take it for at least $4! :whistle:
