Harbor Freight is awesome. They let you use both the 20% and one free item at the same time. The "Head Light" elastic band lights are CRAP though. cheap cheap cheap plastic. One time use tools for sure.

For Everyone's Info: there is a coupon for a free multimeter in the latest catalog!!!
THAT is a good one! plus you can combine it with the 20% coupon at most locations on whatever you buy. There is no minimum for the price of the primary purchase to get the free item as well.
