even easier, just give the pilots laser shades

Well, if you can come up with a good way to scare people, they will believe anything you tell them, especially if they are uneducated on the subject.

I think the interesting part is that Ross Fitzgerald himself is featured in that clip saying how dangerous they are and that the New Zealand government should control them in his country too.

While all along he is selling high power green lasers and has also sold the 200mw Red spymod type lasers too from his company called Laser Imports Limited in the past.  I guess sales are slow and if they announce a ban like Australia did, sales would go through the roof; I was surprised to hear him state that.  http://ledbulbs.co.nz/index.php/cPath/21?osCsid=4f797874e5d2541a422b8e7194556514

I dunno how they'd manage to shoot down plane with the laser they were using there, the divergence was CRAP! The dot was like 1M wide at like 1km!!!

It's kind of funny how some of the people have no idea what they're talking about. But it's terrible how MORE people keep on pointing lasers at planes...

Yeah, the media is basically going "Hey check out these super awesome lazors that can shoot down planes!". How many people actually listen to the POINT of the story lol

Yeah... all the aussies are new to this laser ban stuff... they've been banned for import without the proper safety stuff in the US for a long time.

Well if Australia ends up as the US regarding this, it won't be too bad.
