i mentioned to Gray that i cannot see my cart, as i wanted to order from them. he gave me the same webpage address i have....check with thers as my new PC isn't fully configured yet. Your options are direct shipping( from China to you) or group shipping(a little cheaper) those that come thru me get my inspection and a metering with photo then I re-ship..

I did not hear about your cart (I would have tried to help) and Gray does not inspect (here in USA) and for now I do the metering for Jetlaser/LPF member GBs.. and yes its a little cheaper- I can add batteries for any CONUS reshipped laser at good prices. I do not ship any lasers with batteries together outside CONUS.
Gray DOES inspect well all lasers before packing but things can happen when a package is sent halfway around the globe in some times as little as 60Hrs. It takes a day longer for me sometimes to send a letter 70 mles away to Houston.
If I see anything at all which might cause concern I send ,along with the meter pics and graph some close-ups and detailed discription of possible issue.
Naturally lasers are sometime slightly more efficent & this makes slight variances between ones from same batch- but JLs are never underspec-and are returnable if they drop below spec in 6 months of ownership.
I never meter lasers before assigning themto each buyer in the lot-even mine.-(in the last batch of 405/800s mine was one of the few that had to go back):scowl::cryyy:
Without a meter the human eye see no difference between 100mw-- 120mW and 130mW of 532--
bragging rights are not all they are cracked up to be..
AFAIK the luckiest GB buyer of JLs is arythna- his PL-C 532/250 peaked at 440mW. My Pl-C 5532/500 makes 770mW- and has Bart Simson sez- 'and that ain't not bad!!"

AND just in case its not completely clear.. the 'Extension' tube allows a second 18650 or 26650 Batt, the other teo items- one a 'tube' and the other a O-Ring are used to take up the difference in batt sizes- i.e. you slip the 18650 into one of these and it should(in theory) not rattle around -
HOWEVER- flat top and button top and not the same length- so some kind of spacer is sometimes needed BETWEEN the two batteries. Like a srrong flat rare earth magnet- I inclue one in very re-shipped PL-E. It must be CENTERED and not allowed to touch the host walls-dont know from experience what happen- and am not looking to test this-
all JLs take neg to the rear and have reverse Polarity protection- all 532 have good quality IR filter-( What else would you expect??) Some run them til they get very hot- i tend to do the opposite-- ha ha I have enough to rest many and stiil have some 'ON'.
no swimming with JLs and they are not shock *proof*--just shock resistant.
