i ordered of em because they was so cheap.im sure they are crap compared to a decent laser but for less then 10 bucks per laser shiped im happy 4 of em burn thru the black part of a cd case.if yu had to guess what mw are they .there called laser 301s. i used search and didnt see much on them

I have a 301 405nm laser and I quite like it, it can burn stuff which is kind of nice. I hope you are using safety goggles when you burn that can both block out the 532nm wavelength and any IR that it probably produces. :)

Note that you have to use CERTIFIED safety goggles that would block both 808nm and 532nm. Those laser 301 are able to cause damage to your eyes

Sigh, once again: the IR coming out of a cheap chinese laser doesnt magically shoot around and go directly in your eye. As long as you aren't being an idiot with your laser (I.e. shining it in mirrors or in your eye) you will be fine.

Use the search at the bottom of the page. Honestly, If you didn't find anything with 301 you had to be doing something wrong.

I thought that if you were burning up close the IR could pose similar dangers to visible laser light, especially if what you are burning is slightly reflective, for example plastics. I would agree with what you said if it is being used to shine around outside. Correct me if I am wrong though, I am still new. :)

hE DIDNT FIND MUCH????!?

ON LASER 301's HOW?

Okay yeah maybe you used the wrong search bar, or not a lot of people do reviews on them because they're so cheap quality and have no quality control. Wait no, you definitely used the wrong search bar. Next time, make sure to use the white search bar at the bottom of the page and dig deep. In 5 seconds I found at least ten reviews for it.

yeah i used the search engine on the top of page .hect with my luck i may of made typo. can i assume they have around 100 mw since the burn a hole in black cd case

I'm having trouble finding 532nm 301 lasers on ebay above 30mw (filtered), which is enough to look cool, but not do much more than smoke black plastic. Of course I cheap out and mostly get the $7 ones instead of the $10 ones. I wonder if that extra $3 increases your chances of winning
