Good, cheap beam stop for 7W?

Hello, I will most likely be getting a NUBM44 build soon and as I live in a dorm right now, I cannot accidentally burn the wall like I did with my old 3.5W 9mm laser. So what is a good, cheap beamstop that won't reflect too much to avoid me unintentionally damaging things? Thanks :)

On a side note, these will protect against 7W of 450nm and 650nm right?

This what Razako said, cinder block, a 1 ft. x 1ft. bathroom ceramic tile "back side thats not glazed". All painted black. Probably flat black being better.

You can use grill paint from Home Depot or header paint from an auto parts store. Just be sure it's flat finish.

I use a black computer panel from an aged computer case, but anything heat resistant such as metal or cement with a coat of heat resistant black paint would work I suppose.

And if you want to burn test the same as antharak said grill paint on a piece of pine board 4 or 6 inch x 1 inch should do

Ok, I'll head to Lowe's (Closest Home Depot is 40+ miles away) this week and find a brick or tile and some grill paint and I'll let you know how it goes. This and this would work right? Thanks :)

The sheet metal is a no go, the paint will burn through and then you will get a mirror. Get a concrete block, that would be best.

Haha, not really. I use the back side which isn't reflective.

I tested it out, and the laser does burn the granite at close range (1ft), the damage is shown by the red circle.

I'm having trouble seeing those photos, is it possible to host them somewhere else like imgur?
