Re: 3 12X diodes and SMoc diodes

Yeah these are all from the Pioneer 12X BDR-205BLK as ordered from Newegg.com. Also what does PBD mean?

I meant pullbangdead... he said that he had just ordered one too.

Re: 3 12X diodes and SMoc diodes

Oh right, Gotcha, I like it. Much better than spelling it all. I often refer to Don'tLazeMeBro as DLMB.

Re: 3 12X diodes and SMoc diodes

If harvest any more 12X diodes I would love a SmOC. Saw this when you 1st posted but got sidetracked & never PMed for them. :(

Pop me a PM. I have a few of these little reds on hand (although I'm not quite as generous as yobresal)

Peace,

Re: 1 12X diode

You just need to read up its pretty simple to find out all this information use the search bar and things of that sort!

Re: 1 12X diode

OMFG thats so sick..whats a full setup like that cost?

assuming you are starting from scratch

well the diode alone costs for a 12x - ~200$
aixiz module - 3$
flexdrive/rckstr - 23$/15$
host/heatsink (jayrob) - ~40$ depending on which host
charger/batts - ~10$

oh and what color would a Hd DVD player diode put out?

the same colour as blu-ray (hd-dvd is just a different name)

stuart :)

You should also have a:

405-G-1 lens = $55
Focus adapter = $20 (This MAY be avoided depending on the host)

Peace,

forgot about the 405-G-1 lens.

the stock acryllic aixiz lens would melt under the heat of the 12x

stuart :)

Re: 1 12X diode

You could use a standard glass lense for bluray . These are available from AIXIS , and also from O-LIKE. Although you will reduce P.O. by 25-27% you will be able to burn things until you have the $55.00 for the G lense.
