Alaska is where mine got held up! I ordered a hundred bucks worth of flashlight hosts, no lasers! Fed Ex held it up, hassled me for forms, and charged me $6.50 to collect $13.50 duty. I took my SWEET TIME paying that bill.
Not to mention, I WOULD have paid it a lot sooner, but their ftn trade network appeared to have no way to pay online and the ONLY way to contact them was mail or phone. It was as if they hadn't heard of the Internet yet.
Hold on, I'm gonna paste my email trail...

I have been trying to pay invoice number 1-234-567890 for several weeks. Fed Ex seems to be made up of several Fed Exes and they don't seem to know anything about each other.
The "Fed Ex" that sent me that bill has completely ripped me off with a ridiculous fee to collect a few dollars of duty, but I am willing to pay it for them to quit bothering me.
HOWEVER, it seems to be impossible to pay it online. HOW can I pay this invoice online? Can someone point me to a place to pay that invoice? Thank you.
