Gattling Host Concept

Another concept I'd like to make. Only have one rendering though because my laptop is having issues rendering it. If anyone is interested in this, please let me know, because it is going to be awesome!

In my opinion the handle needs to be bigger! But otherwise that thing would be awesome!

Wider....im assuming the current one us for a 18650 so id say like 26650 or larger?

Now thats a beauty , Good work Mike your designs are very beautiful.. I bet this would look great when polished.. I'm also loving the smaller handle/battery tube this gives it the shape and outlook of a greater beauty.. The 26650 will make it more streamligned like the other gattling host imo..

Thanks everyone! This beauty does run off of 2x18650s. The head is 2.25" in diameter, and that is a focus knob on the front.

I tried to do another design with a 2D maglite body, and the head blows up to 3" diameter!




Wider battery tube. Still 18650 since our normal threads won't fit 26650, but it could be changed to use 26650.

For some reason I like the original more. Stupid question, what size lathe do you got?

We have 11x26.

That's cool. I'm looking at getting a 8x12 to try my hand at host making. I'll still buy from others I just want to see what I can do. And plus I've always wanted a lathe.

You'll have a real rough time making hosts on something so small. It is pretty costly to get everything needed to actually build hosts. We have a 7x14 as well, and I can't imagine even attempting to do some of the things we do now on that. And I did try before we got the new one... I have a lot of scrap from that thing... lol

How much was the 11x26? I understand how it could be hard to work with.
