Thats so funny about this game: Many things you'd never guess unless you've actually handled them and if so, you spot them right away. I must have harvested hundreds of bottles and dishes of cells with those things, only to sonicate the hell out of them later (just needed membranes).

I'll forfeit on posting something now since PED came up with something peculair :)


On that: is that something you put over the towing hook of a car?

A wild guess --- It's a atheletic protective device for some extreme sport :o

^^ thats so close i'm going to give a clue that may give it away.

Its fitted to xxxxxx to protect US from IT , in a certain "sport".
 
@ ped ..... All depend from the scale / dimensions ..... it can also be a protection tip for swords and similars in sport matches involving swords and blades ..... or a tip for arrows for training archery .....

What's the dimension ?



@bmw: the image seem not work, it remain small as a thumbnail (or it was done intentionally ?) ..... with that shape, it can be an extractor, or an injector, or also a test probe .....
 
^^ at HIMNL9 its about the size of a coke can, maybe a bit bigger. And yes it could be any of the things you mentioned, but not the SPECIFIC things you mentioned, but your close ;)
 
OUCH ..... so big ? ..... if it's iron, it can be more dangerous than protective :crackup: ..... what the hell is that, then, a protection for the tip of a lance for "knights-and-horses" duel medieval styles ?

(just kidding :p :D)
 
It's for preventing STD's
and the bolts are for holding it on so you don't
have to go looking for it half way through the game...
