For sale is this custom laser.

Parts included in sale:
-New NUB05 455nm 3.5W diode,
-Custom 21mm round aluminium heatsink with driver shelf,
-Cylindrical lens correction set coated for 445nm-465nm (3pcs)
-Custom 25mm aluminium host body, takes (1x18650 or 2x 16340)
-Custom 25mm cylindrical correction optics adapter to suit host

Selling this laser as not-complete or to finish as a project, required:
#1 - Install a driver for the NUB05 Diode (2.5-4A)
#2 - Install a Tailcap Switch 22mm Diameter
#3 - Finish Cylindrical lens setup, the 3 Lenses need to be aligned and "set/glued" in the custom lens adapter section provided)

Aluminium, silver matt finish
Measures: 15.5cm x 2.5cm
Takes 1x 18650 or 2x 16340 cells
Inside is a new NUB05 455nm 3.5W Diode with Gball lens (Tested working on Benchtop P/S). Its mounted in a custom 21mm Aluminium heatsink also using thermal paste, and the custom heatsink also has a driver shelf measuring 20x20mm, to heatsink a driver of your choice.
It has 22AWG silicone wire already pre-soldered ready for the connection to both sides of a Driver (V in&out)
#will need a tail cap switch fitted to finish

Custom corrective optics adapter for Cylindrical Lenses.
Measures: 6 cm x 2.5 cm
Pressed into laser body with rubber o-rings for a tight fit
Cylindrical lens set (3 pieces) coated for 445nm-465nm
Custom Lens platform to "set/glue" the lenses on.
made to be as easy as possible to finish, removable shelf... etc

The Laser measures in total 21.5 cm with the cylindrical lens section fitted.

With a driver, steady hand, alittle time and a tailcap switch, you will have a cylindrical corrected ~3.5W+ 455nm Laser

The custom adapters I had for sale and now this laser are part of an older project I had, I'm happy now how it finished up

This Lasers ready for a new home!!

And the NUB05 is a beauty of a Diode, at 4A it's mind blowing how bright the beam is!

When I saw the title, I thought you were selling a completed 445nm with a cylindrical lens pair. I see it is the cylindrical lens trio, same one I got on an eBay auction. It has a third lens to correct for the 90 degrees off axis. It will be a project for somebody. Not a bad price for everything you've included. I have to wonder if this was a project you were going to finish, then other things got in the way. Good luck with your sale.

Thanks Paul i wasnt too sure how to label it to be honest, hope the pictures can do some of the explaining :beer:
It's all part of alittle experimental streak I had awhile back, but I've moved on so I have been selling off what I can. It's basically all at cost, not looking for profits.

Damn, I can't believe this is still for sale, you've got it priced lower than the components used to make it!
I see empty, bare hosts selling for nearly this much all the time; this would even make a sweet looking host for a straight up regular focused build, without the corrective optics, although it would be a shame to not use it as intended.
