@ Mike, I had the same thing happen, e-mail from google checkout about PS3 sleds, I emailed DDL, it seems he was doing some housekeeping on his google account.

This is what he said...
Hey Rog,

That was an effort on my part to clear out my FULL order inbox. You do

I can't find any shipping rates to Europe on the page, but what would the total cost for a 803T diode (not sled) with shipment to Sweden?

Hi DDL, I am trying to buy 2 sleds but have a problem with the shipping, you say on page one of the thread that shipping to the UK is $12 for up to 10 units, I cannot find an option for that amount on checkout....HELP!
