Now, I truly apologize for the delay in shipment, and I understand that this is not acceptable. Please accept my apologies to all who had to wait for their shipments to get out. The delays were mostly due to the Tropical Storm that affected almost all over here, and as a result the postal service was suspended momentarily. Although the post office was opened since yesterday, it took me a couple days to get everything together again and deal with all the damage that the storm brought along with it.
Please rest assured that packages are being sent out right now. As a matter of fact, all but 2 packages have made it out tonight.

No need to apologize. As I have said before, you are doing the greater community a service by making these available at a very fair price. Waiting a week or so due to mostly uncontrollable events is a non-issue.
