Could you get a power reading on the G2? Those things seem to be all over the map when it comes to output.

uploading pics now. I'm at college, and my power meter is 40 minutes away at my house. I could get a reading by this weekend most likely. It's definetly brighter than my 550mw, and comes close, but I don't think it's quite as bright as my 900mw.

Actually the one on the left is the less powerful one. It uses aixiz 445 glass, and that lens produces slight wings. One of those wings must have gotten in the camera.

the one on the left is the more powerful one?! just confirming which pic we are talking about the left laser in..... crazy how it looks brighter.....

Unscrew the front cap, get the little dab of glue off that was used to lock the lens in place, screw the lens counterclockwise until divergence is best, and reglue.(not with superglue)
edit: The one on the right is the more powerful. The one on the left just looks brighter because of the small wings created by aixiz 445 glass, and one of the wings hit the camera.
