i'm pretty sure i've got it covered, i've listed a laser above 5mw twice using the layout and it was not removed

Mind if I copy your verbiage ? (NOT verbatim, of course !!) It would be awesome if we could start a thread somewhere to show off successful listings on ebay, and the verbiage used so they don't rip them down !

Remember, they don't catch everything. One higher powered laser I bought was "canceled" AFTER I bought it ;D

yup, the relisted item is also gone - took them less than a day

i must be doing something wrong, axiz sells lasers all the time yet my listing gets deleted in a day

AiXiz doesn't sell "hand held" lasers. He sells "modules". Just calling something a "module" isn't enough. Your auction has to be able to convince the eBay police that it is a module. If it looks like a hand held, they're gonna pull it.

Or you could move to the EU. The rules aren't the same everywhere

The trouble can be that someone is reporting you rather than ebay being vigilant.
All they have to do is set you up as a favourite seller and report every time you list it.

I got away with >5mw and let people ask me what the power was, as someone suggested above.
