its the stock driver from the dorcy light 8-)

You said it like it's a good thing. Those drivers have been know to ouput over 500mA, and the voltage spike at startup can blow your diode completely. C'mon Jake! Use common sense.
 
i made many of these lasers and still runing strong and i still have kenoms old one some where around here :-/
 
ok if this brakes bc of the driver ill replace it  :P

EDIT: if u have any flexdrivers let me no ill buy them to make this laser even nicer ;)

That still doesn't mean it's good for the diode.

Arghhh for gods sake if he says stock driver from dorcy and you think thats stupid just say that,"Whoever is buying this that driver is dangerous and may kill your diode" ok and then stop posting on the thread. >:(

Then the buyer will read that and buy it or be like hmmm... no thanks then!!   >:(

Stop fighting it makes no sence >:(
