Agreed. The point here is that the custom on the list is that a builder offers a unit at a price and people decide if they want to pay the price. It shows that the builder is knowledgeable and professional. What Jake has done here is said,
"Hey I've got this thing. I want as much money as I can get for it. I have no idea what I am doing here. Please tell me what it is worth."
My query was designed to see if Jake actually had an idea what he wanted for the units. I believe he does, but he wants to get more than [highlight]he[/highlight] thinks they're worth. I was just calling him out.
If you want a bidding war, go to an auction site. If you want to figure out how much something is worth, read and research or ask a more knowledgeable builder.

I ain't no speeloonker! They finds a hole that is already there, goes in all careful and stuff, and takes pictures of the rocks. I go where there weren't no hole before, drill 10' deep 1.5" dia. holes in the wall, pack em with aluminum nitrate and blow the crap outta the rocks.
