Pam, paypal took $300 off of my paypal. You should be getting the refund in 3-5 days if not than i will call paypal.

Its alarming that the young man is playing "Black Ops" rather than making sure
he does the right thing. However he seems to have gotten a crash course on being in a community of seriuos laser enthusiasts . I'm sure we all have done silly things at that age.
Actually i hope he stays with us. He had an exceptional built laser.

Quickly hitting the pay button, getting something in your hands that is considered as a gun at your age, and then selling it with all nonsense that makes serious laser enthusiasts cry.
Buy yourself a $10 fog machine and a 30mW Red/green music active scanner... you get double the fun. (This is to chris13244)

I didn't want to be too harsh...... he is a kid. I guess as i've gotten older i want to give our american youth the benifit of the doubt.
but the BlACK OPS statement made me really mad....like thats any type of excuse. Everyone deserves a second chance, but if the powers that be ban him, then thats more than OK with me.
I believe i was the one that alerted Hovermn and discovered this rouse before he(chris) got away with the cash.

The laser was shipped to me on November 15. I have the tracking number and look ok. I was talking with Christian and he is very ashamed. This child can grow a lot with this bad experience; also this issue can teach sellers on this forum for take more cares with potential buyers. Because if this child damage other kid in the school with this laser the original seller may be prosecuted.

I find it disturbing that a 13 yr-old has a paypal account and even more disturbing that he was able to get his hands on a 2.6W laser.
My first laser was a 1mW red keychain pointer when I was 20 yrs-old and I still remember how immature and irresponsible I was way back then!
