That is gonna be AR coated for reds i'm afraid. Try a clear acrylic lens and measure again. You might get a much higher power without driving it harder!

does that meant the plastic aixiz lenses are clear?

I got some 5mw modules from Dx which what I think are aixis modules but probably a copy and the lens seems pretty clear to me.

Plastic and glass AixiZ lenses are often AR coated for reds, which is really bad for blue rays.

The DX AixiZ modules have clear lenses tho. And at least one of my modules directly from AixiZ also had a clear lens.
